Enhancements<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administration module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Under Administration –> System Management –> System Setup, a new system profile (‘ShowAllTransactions’) has been created. When this option is turned on, by default, all the transactions, including transfers and voids, will appear in the folio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Finance module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Users with access to the Accounts Receivables Pending module now have full access to amend the voucher number and remarks columns.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Housekeeping module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. All due out rooms will now show linen change as ‘Y’.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Reservation module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. In the room assignment popup, new screen filters to view ‘Out of Order’ and ‘Out of Service’ rooms have been added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. A new user access right has been added to allow users to select all rate codes regardless of stay restrictions when amending rates for existing bookings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Rooms moves for all bookings on reservation status will no longer prompt for a reason for a room move reason.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Fixes<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Administration module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Under Administration –> Accommodation Management –> Rooms, the sorting order for the list is now updated. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Group module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            1. Group sub-folios which have been cancelled will no longer appear in the popup for routing instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Group sub-folios which are in virtual status will no longer add room nights when they are selected and extended from within the group master folio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Reservation module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              1. Changing the main guest in the corporate tab will now update the main guest in the guest tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Posting transactions into checked out folios are now stopped when the ‘overwrite’ access is used to access the checked out folios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Changing the guest during check-in when using the ‘I like to…’ option as now been enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Changing the guest during check-in when using the sequence Assigned Room –> Check In –> Change guest –> Check In is now updating the guest in the ‘Guests’ tab correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. Credit card surcharge in the payment popup screen from the ‘Check Out’ and ‘Checkout View’ screens are now loading correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              6. When the rate code is updated in the booking in the stay information box, and if the system is setup for market segment to be linked to the rate code, the market segment is now updated in both the corporate tab and room tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              7. When the company is changed in corporate tab of the booking, and if the system is not setup for market segment to be linked to the rate code, the market segment is now updated in both the corporate tab and room tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
