Rate Type Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the rate code, select the post code (revenue code), description, advanced booking days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inclusive<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the Add New Item<\/kbd> or Add New Package<\/kbd> buttons to add item inclusions for this rate code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Apply Rate<\/kbd> to create or bulk edit rates for multiple days and room types. When the dates, room types and rates are keyed in, click Save<\/kbd> or Save & Exit<\/kbd> to create or update the rate schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Rate link* rules will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rate restrictions will apply to linked rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Manage Stay restrictions will apply to this rate code and linked rates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Click Apply Room Link after updating rates in the rate table. No new rates are created in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        *For rate link rules, if the new rates are created in the rate schedule on the base rate, this will not auto create new rates in the rate schedule on the linked rates. New rates will only be created in the linked rates if the Apply Now<\/kbd> button is used in the Rate Link<\/em> section of the linked rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Channel Manager<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Click on the channel manager to allow this rate to be connected to the selected channel manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Click on the room types to be connected to the selected channel manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Company Applicable:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Make sure Applicable For All<\/kbd> is not ticked if this is a negotiated rate and click Add<\/kbd> to add the companies to this negotiated rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Enter appropriate information into the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Note. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Rate Link Setup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Set the Base Rate Type<\/kbd> and click Add\/Remove Rate Link<\/kbd> to create or edit the rate link rules. Click Apply Now<\/kbd> to update the rate schedule using the rate link rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Room Link Setup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Select the base room type at the Base Rate Group<\/kbd> and click the Set<\/kbd> button. Click Add New Record<\/kbd> to add new room link rules and click Save<\/kbd> after all the required rules are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
