Enhancements<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administration module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Under Administration –> User Management –> Manage User, a new user option “Change Clean Status” has been added to the iRepair<\/em> tab. This will allow selected iRepair users to set the room status to clean, dirty, or inspection required after a job is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Company module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. The Market Segment<\/kbd> boxes have been extended to display more rows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Guest module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. A warning prompt has been added when the input into the Tel<\/kbd> field is more than 20 characters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Groups module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. A warning prompt has been added when an attempt is made to link a virtual folio to a group. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Inventory module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. A new date range filter has been added to the Lost & Found<\/kbd> module and the initial pre-load of the screen is 1 weeks’ worth of records.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Rate Management module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. A new security log has been added to track when the rate Grouping<\/kbd> has been changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The item code for the rate inclusion has been added the security log for addition and deletion of the rate inclusion <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Reservation module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              1. Additional security logs have been added to record changes in room type and rates when the rate recalculation prompt is used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. More detailed security logs have been added for inhouse room changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Colours have been added to the first 4 ledgers in the folio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. When a booking is going to be assigned to a room which is out of service on a future date within the stay dates, a new prompt has been added to warn of the future out of service status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. A new filter (by department) has been added to the Manage Tasks<\/kbd> screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              6. During the check in process, the prompt “Do you want to check in all guests?” will not be displayed if there is only 1 guest registered in the folio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Fixes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Administration module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. The display of the Hotel Calendar<\/kbd> is now sorted by the Holiday Date<\/kbd> with the latest date on top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Finance module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. In the AR Payment<\/kbd> popup, the Company List<\/kbd> now will only show companies with active status only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Groups module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    1. Double clicking the Submit<\/kbd> button in the upload rooming list module has been disabled. This will prevent the group rooming list from being duplicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. The check in and check out dates of the Guest<\/em><\/kbd> tab now will reflect correctly when the group sub folios are moved from the original stay dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Additional validation has been added to prevent the room records in the room tab to disappear when the room types are changed for group sub folios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    4. Group sub folios are now able to be checked in using the Master Folio Check In<\/kbd> function if the group master folio was checked in some days prior.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      Housekeeping module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        \n
                      1. In the Housekeeping Board<\/kbd>, the screen filters will retain their values after assigning attendants to the rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        Rate Management module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        1. The restrictions setup in the Manage Stay Restrictions<\/kbd> module will now apply to new rate codes created when the Save<\/kbd>, Save & Exit<\/kbd>, and Apply Rate<\/kbd> buttons in the rate management screen are used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Reservation module,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            \n
                          1. When the multiple transfer module is used to transfer multiple transactions, the search results no longer display the original folio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          2. When the stay dates of an inhouse folio is extended, the rates for the past dates will no longer be changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          3. The Save<\/kbd> and Save & Exit<\/kbd> buttons are now disabled for users with Read-Only<\/em> access to folios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          4. The user rights for Deny<\/em> access to folios is now strictly enforced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          5. The posting date generated by the multiple transfer module from the Check Out View<\/kbd> has now been corrected to show the date of posting instead of the original transaction date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          6. The Cancel Reservation<\/kbd> function from the I like to<\/kbd> popup within the folio is now working correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          7. When Do Not Move<\/kbd> is ticked in the folio, both the room type and room number will not be allowed to be changed from both the Corporate<\/em> and Room<\/em> tabs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          8. In the Payment<\/kbd> popup, surcharges will not be auto-generated when there is a change in payment type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          9. Tasks creation date is no longer allowed to be changed in the Task Message<\/kbd> popups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          10. Virtual folios now will not show in the Front Desk –> In House screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          11. Extension of virtual folios with more than 120 nights is now possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
