Enhancements

Company module,

1. When the company profile is accessed, the guests in the guest tab are no longer pre-loaded.

Reservations module,

1. Emailing invoices have been improved to allow users to setup pre-defined email content per hotel basis.
2. In the Create Reservation module, a new prompt has been added to remind users to key in all the credit card details.

Fixes

Administration module,

1. Under Administration –> Phone Rate, the phone rates are now displaying correctly.

Reservation module,

1. Changing the rate code in the corporate tab will now prompt to update the market segments in the room tab.
2. The ‘Today’ button will now set the date range to the current system date for the following screens.
   • Manage Reservations
   • Manage Group Reservations
   • Arrivals
   • Inhouse
   • Departures
3. In the room assignment screen, checked out bookings have been colour coded, and rooms can be assigned to such checked out bookings.
