Enhancements

Administration module,

1. In Administration –> Booking Management –> Email Builder, there is a new placeholder option to display inclusive items without showing the price.

Company module,

1. The character limit for the Website and Email fields in the Phone Number/Email section have been extended to 50 characters.

Rate Management module,

1. New user logs have been added for the following actions.
   • When the Save button is clicked.
   • When the Save & Exit button is clicked.
   • In the Apply Rate popup, when the Save button is clicked.
   • In the Apply Rate popup, when the Save & Exit button is clicked.

Reservation module,

1. Concurrent access controls have been added to the check out and check out view popup screens.
2. The maximum number of characters allowed for the Flight / Car# field has been increased to 20 characters.
3. Concurrency access checking has been added for the Check Out and Check Out View popups.

Fixes

Company module,

1. Inactive market segments will no longer show in the market segment fields.

Inventory module,

1. In Availability –> Room Categories, the Include Allotment in Inventory option is now ticked by default.

Group module,

1. Inactive market segments will no longer show in the Create Group Reservation screen.
2. When using the group Room Assignment popup from the search screens, the amended room rates for the sub-folios no longer changes back to original rates.
3. During the initial creation of group bookings, the rates for 2 adults are now showing correctly.

Rate management module,

1. Inactive market segments will no longer show in the market segment fields.
2. Applying Rate Link or Room Link for a period across 2 different room link period rules will now work, e.g. applying room link for 25th January to 5th February where 2 different room link rules have been setup for 1st January to 31st January and 1st February to 28th February.
3. In the Apply Rates popup, the Extra Child Rate can now be updated independently.

Reservations module,

1. The room rate recalculation popup has been updated for the following situations.
   • Changing room assignment, including a change in room type, from the Arrivals page.
   • Changing room assignment, including a change in room type, from the Corporate tab of the folio.
   • Changing room assignment, including a change in room type, from the Room tab of the folio.
2. When confirming room move, there will be additional checks to ensure that the room is vacant and clean before the room move can be confirmed. If the checks fail, the room move will fail and remains as a scheduled room move.
3. When the room type is changed from the Room Assignment popup, the inventory update for channel manager interface is now released correctly.
4. The usage for add-ons are now tracked correctly based on the add-on dates instead of the booking dates.
5. In a situation when the same booking is assigned a room by 2 different person concurrently from the search screen and from within the folio, the last room assigned will take precedence.
6. Any changes in the market segment in the folio will no longer be updated in the corporate and room tabs if the Save or Save & Exit buttons are not used to save the changes.
7. Confirming room change from the room tab in the folio will check now check if the room is vacant and clean before proceeding with the change.
8. Changing rate code or room type from the Stay Information box in a virtual folio will no longer add additional room records in the room tab.
