Enhancements

Guest Request module,

1. The grid has been extended vertically to better utilise the screen space.

Rate Management module,

1. The dates in the Rates section have been added to the audit trail when the Save and Save & Exit buttons are clicked.

Reservations module,

1. No Show option has been added other than the Front Desk –> Arrivals screen.
2. When users click Yes in the recalculate room rate prompt, this is now logged into the audit trail.
3. The grid in the Batch Charges Posting screen has been extended vertically to better utilise the screen space.
4. The grid in the Batch Payment Posting screen has been extended vertically to better utilise the screen space.
5. The grid in the Manage Tasks screen has been extended vertically to better utilise the screen space.
6. A new function to allow users to split payments has been added.

Fixes

Finance module,

1. The Credit Notes and Debit Notes are now working as expected.*

Rate Management module,

1. In the Rate Codes screen, the minimum nights column has been extended to show 2 digits instead of just 1.

Reservations module,

1. Check Out to Virtual option is now disabled for folios which are already in virtual status.
2. The prompt to recalculate the room rate has been revised when triggered from the following screens.
   • Arrivals –> Assign Room –> Manual Assign
   • Room Assignment form the folio’s corporate tab
   • Room Assignment from the folio’s room tab
3. Un-checkout to virtual function now checks for room availability before re-instating the booking to an inhouse room.
