General

Enhancements

Administration module,

1. A new placeholder for room category has been added to the Email Builder.

Finance module,

1. A select all payment type option has been added to the Payment Type dropdown in the Search box in the Manage Accounts Receivables screen.

Groups module,

1. The audit trail of the sub folios now include changes from a blank voucher number, when the Apply to Subfolio button is used from the group master.
2. The audit trail of the sub folios now include changes for the OTA, Check in and check out notes, when the Apply to Subfolio button is used from the group master.
3. Group blocks will now exclude virtual room types in the tabulation.

Reservation module,

1. A new validation check has been added to the Submit button in the Check In popup. This will now check if the room has been changed or unassigned by another user when the check in is being processed by the first user.
2. An additional column has been added to indicate when the email was sent in the Communication tab.

Fixes

Administration module,

1. The email logs will now display correctly when the date range has been changed.
2. The Default Folio Company in the setup will only show active company profiles.

Inventory module,

1. The Attendant dropdown box will now display only active attendants in the Housekeeping Board.

Groups module,

1. The voucher number of the sub folios will not be updated if the voucher number of the selected sub folios is amended. This applies when the Apply to Subfolio button is used.
2. The grid in the Create Group Reservation screen will now display correctly when the number of room nights are increased.
3. The Days After Booking option for in the Deposit Rules now works for groups.

Reservation module,

1. For concurrency access control, the user accessing the folio is now released when the check out window is accessed from the I like to button.
2. The room information in the Room tab is now regenerated even when the Save button is not used.
3. When changing room types in the Room tab and the changes are not saved, the room type will now be updated on the Corporate tab based on the changes applied in the Room tab.
4. The check out date in the Security Audit will now display correctly for re-checked in virtual folios.
