Enhancements

Company module

1. The Interface Commission input now supports input of negative values and can be used to support gross back room revenue for bookings from OTAs.

Housekeeping module

1. The attendant list can now be sorted by the sort number assigned to the attendant.
2. A new feature to retrieve DND history (including photos) have been added to the Housekeeping Board.

Reservation module

1. The credit card field length is now increased from 16 to 20 characters.
2. A new magnifying glass has been added in the search screens to indicate if there are any check in, check out or reservations notes in the bookings.

Fixes

Company module

1. The concurrency access popup for the company profiles is now working correctly when a second person accesses the same profile.
2. Company names with the “&” character will now display correctly.

Group module

1. Group names with the “&” character will now display correctly.
2. The guest last name and first name in the sub folio will now show correctly during the first guest creation.

Reservations module

1. In the transaction posting popup, if there is no tab out or click out action performed on the amount column, the posting will no longer change to $0.
2. When accessing and exiting the folio from the Manage Folio screen, the system will now return to the Manage Folio screen instead of the Departure screen.
3. The Confirm Room Change function will only work for vacant and clean rooms.
4. The rate change prompt will show only rate changes for selected and subsequent dates.
