- From the iHMS menu, select Client Management, select Activities, and then select Merge Guest.
- In the Search section, select the primary guest you want other duplicate guest profiles to be merged to.
- In the Pattern Match section, select additional variables such as first name, account number, company, email, fax, mobile, passport number, postal code and telephone to search for potential duplicate guest profiles.
- Select the guest profiles in the Other Guest selection section that are going to be merged to the main guest profile.
- Select Merge in the Search section.
- The duplicate guest profiles will be deactivated and merged into the main guest profile in the Main Guest selection section.
