Guest Profile

From the iHMS menu, select Client Management, select Profiles, and then select Guest Profile.

Searching guest profiles:

1. You can filter your search by last name, first name, company name, telephone, mobile, postal code, loyalty number and short code.
2. To perform a general search, click Search in the Search section for a general search.
3. To perform a more precise search, click Enhanced Search in the Enhanced Search section.
4. The search results will provide the relevant guest profiles.
