Manage End of Day
From the iHMS menu, select Financials, select End of Day, and then select Manage End of Day.
The pre-requisites for the system to roll end of day are shown in the boxes on this screen.
- All open cashier shifts need to be closed.
- All pre-scheduled room changes need to be moved or cancelled.
- No show reservations need to be managed.
- Over stay reservations need to be managed.
- Group bookings with unassigned rooms need to be managed.
When the pre-requisites are satisfied, revenues and payment collections are required to be balanced with the system before the night audit process can proceed.
