Manage End of Day

From the iHMS menu, select Financials, select End of Day, and then select Manage End of Day.

The pre-requisites for the system to roll end of day are shown in the boxes on this screen.

  1. All open cashier shifts need to be closed.
  2. All pre-scheduled room changes need to be moved or cancelled.
  3. No show reservations need to be managed.
  4. Over stay reservations need to be managed.
  5. Group bookings with unassigned rooms need to be managed.

When the pre-requisites are satisfied, revenues and payment collections are required to be balanced with the system before the night audit process can proceed.
