Guest Requests
From the iHMS menu, select Front Desk, select Front Desk Workspace, and then select Guest Requests.
Search guest requests:
- You can filter your search by guest requests’ dates, and statuses of the guest requests.
- Cancelled Request
- Open Request
- In Progress Request
- Completed Request
- To perform a search, click Search after selecting the filter options.
Adding guest requests:
- To add a new guest request, click Add.
- In the Add Guest Request popup window, select the Request Type, Status, Folio No and type in the Guest Request.
- Click Save or Save & Exit to submit the guest request.
Editing guest requests:
- To edit a guest request, highlight the guest request and double-click the selected guest request or click Edit.
- To complete the update of the guest request, click Save or Save & Exit to save the updates.
