Sell Limits

From the iHMS menu, select Restrictions, and then select Sell Limits.

1. In the Search box, choose the date range to review the sell limits for the period.
2. Update the grid with the desired sell limits for the dates and the room types.
   • To allow overbooking of a certain room type, the number must be set to negative, e.g. if a room type is allowed to be overbooked by 5 rooms, the number to set is -5.
   • To withhold rooms of a certain room type, the number must be set to positive, e.g. if 2 rooms of a certain room type is to be removed from inventory, the number to set is2.
3. Click Save or Save & Exit to save the new sell limits set.
